To give you an example of some of the results I\u2019ve achieved, let me share with you a few cases.<\/p>\n<p>A few years ago, I was working with a man named Dale who was a middle aged hair stylist. He came to me, feeling drained, tired, and unable to keep up with his growing business.<\/p>\n<p>Together, we worked on the principles of success that I\u2019m going to share with you and now, he\u2019s thriving. Despite the fact that he\u2019s currently in his 60\u2019s now, he\u2019s performing at a level he never dreamed he would be. &nbsp;Age hasn\u2019t slowed him down at all \u2013 in fact, it\u2019s only made him better.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, I worked with a woman in the past named Barbie who was also tired and run down as a middle-aged office worker. &nbsp;She felt stuck in her situation and despite her failed attempts to improve her health, was still not seeing the progress she wanted to see.<\/p>\n<p>We worked together and in just 12 weeks, she completely rebuilt herself and has beat out 12,000 competitors in a transformation contest.<\/p>\n<p>Over the last 25 years, I\u2019d have the pleasure of working with a great many clients, helping them see the success they desired. &nbsp;People have come to me from all walks of life of all ages, genders, and backgrounds.<\/p>\n<p>These principles will work for <i>everyone<\/i> and I\u2019m quite confident they will work for you as well.<\/p>\n<p>Myself, I too have used these to get to where I am today. I wasn\u2019t always as healthy as I am today. In fact, I came from a background of very poor genetics. Despite this shortcoming, I was able to transform my life and through the help of my mentor and coach, was able to achieve the highest physical expression without the use of drugs and competed at&nbsp;the Mr. Universe.<\/p>\n<p>While I know not everyone has the desire to take it to this level, know that these habits can work on <i>any level.<\/i> No matter what you want to achieve, you can realize health and longevity using the approach I am going to share with you.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout this journey, I\u2019ll break this down into three important steps that are key for success.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Power of Habit: Healthy Habits of Succesful People - An Introduction\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/WIuGMlAeMzE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><b>Step 1: Assimilation<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Assimilation is the ability to increase your body\u2019s capacity to properly use the nutrients you provide it to generate optimal health and well-being.<\/p>\n<p>You can feed your body the healthiest foods in the world, but if you are not able to absorb and actually <i>use<\/i> those nutrients, they won\u2019t be of any use to you and your effort will be wasted.<\/p>\n<p>As you increase your ability to achieve full assimilation, you\u2019ll increase your capacity to burn fat, increase your energy, as well as improve your mental and physical stamina.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">&nbsp;<b>Step 2: Nutrification<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The next step is nitrification, which is where you will provide your cells with all the nutrients they need to function at that optimal level. &nbsp;There\u2019s more to this than just making sure you eat your fruits and vegetables though.<\/p>\n<p>While that is definitely an important step in the equation, you really need to take charge and identify <i>all<\/i> that your body needs to live healthfully.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/bioptimizers.com\/shop\/products\/p3om\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-150302212581 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.bioptimizers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Masszymes-and-P3OM-edit.png\" alt=\"Masszymes and P3OM edit\" width=\"790\" height=\"485\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bioptimizers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Masszymes-and-P3OM-edit.png 790w, https:\/\/bioptimizers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Masszymes-and-P3OM-edit-300x184.png 300w, https:\/\/bioptimizers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Masszymes-and-P3OM-edit-500x307.png 500w, https:\/\/bioptimizers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Masszymes-and-P3OM-edit-200x123.png 200w, https:\/\/bioptimizers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Masszymes-and-P3OM-edit-250x153.png 250w, https:\/\/bioptimizers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Masszymes-and-P3OM-edit-550x338.png 550w, https:\/\/bioptimizers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Masszymes-and-P3OM-edit-293x180.png 293w, https:\/\/bioptimizers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Masszymes-and-P3OM-edit-489x300.png 489w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 790px) 100vw, 790px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This includes the right levels of enzymes, probiotics and more. &nbsp;Most people have no idea what they are missing out on until they reach this stage.<\/p>\n<h2><b><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">Step 3: Bioptimization<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Finally, the last step is the bioptimization stage.
