This will be <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">healing energy<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that you can then apply others.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After rubbing your hands together for so long and feel the heat build up, place your hands on another person\u2019s head or body to help heal pain and injury.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><b>The Rotating Hands Exercise<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The next technique you can use that helps generate more lifeforce energy is the rotating hands exercise.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To do this, you\u2019ll want to simply place the hands directly out in front of you, placing both palms pointing towards the center of the body. When used properly, you can then use these forces to accelerate healing, health, and high performance.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now, another element of lifeforce that you need to know about is referred to as Qigong.
