Welcome! I’m Wade T. Lightheart, director of education for BioOptimizers. Over the next 12 weeks, I’m going to take you through, what I hope to be, one of the most powerful journey’s you’ll ever go on.
In this course, you will learn how to biologically optimize your body. No matter where you currently are, what your goals happen to be, what your age, gender, or fitness level is, you are about to take charge over your health level.
This course is designed for those who want to improve how every cell in their body runs on a day to day basis. It’s going to help you see how to overcome illness, how to reach a new level of health and vitality, as well as discover how you can regain energy that you may have lost over the years.
Many people find themselves in a state where they’re feeling frustrated and perhaps think that there’s no hope. They may be so burnt out and tired that they don’t believe they could ever feel healthy and energized again.
I’m here to tell you that isn’t the case and that with the right techniques, you can regain that lost energy you once had.
You see, every single thing that you do on a daily basis – all the habits that you’ve built up over the years are going to influence your entire existence. Some will help you promote health and well-being while others will take away from it.
When the balance becomes shifted and you start having more negative habits than you do positive, it’s at this point that you’re going to notice your health moving down a negative spiral.
So my mission over this course is simple: teach you all the positive habits you need to ensure optimal health.
There are 12 habits in total that I want to cover and each week, you’ll be diving into a new one. Your job will then be to integrate these habits into your day to day living as best as you possibly can.
Not to worry if you miss one or two – as long as you are making a positive effort to do as much as possible, you’ll still be reaping excellent health benefits because of it.
What can you do with these habits? To give you an example of some of the results I’ve achieved, let me share with you a few cases.
A few years ago, I was working with a man named Dale who was a middle aged hair stylist. He came to me, feeling drained, tired, and unable to keep up with his growing business.
Together, we worked on the principles of success that I’m going to share with you and now, he’s thriving. Despite the fact that he’s currently in his 60’s now, he’s performing at a level he never dreamed he would be. Age hasn’t slowed him down at all – in fact, it’s only made him better.
Likewise, I worked with a woman in the past named Barbie who was also tired and run down as a middle-aged office worker. She felt stuck in her situation and despite her failed attempts to improve her health, was still not seeing the progress she wanted to see.
We worked together and in just 12 weeks, she completely rebuilt herself and has beat out 12,000 competitors in a transformation contest.
Over the last 25 years, I’d have the pleasure of working with a great many clients, helping them see the success they desired. People have come to me from all walks of life of all ages, genders, and backgrounds.
These principles will work for everyone and I’m quite confident they will work for you as well.
Myself, I too have used these to get to where I am today. I wasn’t always as healthy as I am today. In fact, I came from a background of very poor genetics. Despite this shortcoming, I was able to transform my life and through the help of my mentor and coach, was able to achieve the highest physical expression without the use of drugs and competed at the Mr. Universe.
While I know not everyone has the desire to take it to this level, know that these habits can work on any level. No matter what you want to achieve, you can realize health and longevity using the approach I am going to share with you.
Throughout this journey, I’ll break this down into three important steps that are key for success.
Step 1: Assimilation
Assimilation is the ability to increase your body’s capacity to properly use the nutrients you provide it to generate optimal health and well-being.
You can feed your body the healthiest foods in the world, but if you are not able to absorb and actually use those nutrients, they won’t be of any use to you and your effort will be wasted.
As you increase your ability to achieve full assimilation, you’ll increase your capacity to burn fat, increase your energy, as well as improve your mental and physical stamina.
Step 2: Nutrification
The next step is nitrification, which is where you will provide your cells with all the nutrients they need to function at that optimal level. There’s more to this than just making sure you eat your fruits and vegetables though.
This includes the right levels of enzymes, probiotics and more. Most people have no idea what they are missing out on until they reach this stage.
Step 3: Bioptimization
Finally, the last step is the bioptimization stage. During this stage, you’ll take your body to the highest level of functionality. You’ll be using all the tips and techniques from the previous two steps and will be really reaping the rewards of doing so.
It’s at this stage that you’ll notice you fall ill less frequently, have endless energy each and every day, don’t have to rely on stimulant based supplements or beverages to ‘pick you up’ through the day, and that you crush records in the gym that you’ve never dreamed possible.
Basically, once you reach this third stage, you’ll be at a level of function that few people ever fully reach. And, you’ll be feeling great.
As you move through these three stages, I’ll be there to guide you, giving you tips and information along the way.
I’ll also be sharing with you my ‘seven key pillars to totally awesome health’ – something that I know once you adopt, you’ll never return back to your old way of functioning.
You’ll soon discover exactly where you need to be putting your time and energy to reap maximum reward.
So if you’re ready, I invite you to move forward on this journey with me. Keep in mind that it’s perfectly acceptable to go at your own pace here. You may want to do all of these lessons all at once, one after another, or take them more slowly, doing them once every day or every other day.
Do what you feel is best and will most allow you to create habits that will stand the test of time.
So if you’re ready, let’s get started.
