Calculating BIObucks is simple. Every Subscribe’N Save purchase will earn you 1.5% back in BIObucks. You will earn 1% back on one-time purchases you make on BIOptimizers.com.

For example: When you spend $200 on a Subscribe’N Save purchase, you automatically earn $3 (or 1.5% back) in BIObucks. When you spend the same $200 on a one-time purchase, you still earn $2 (or 1% back) in BIObucks, which is credited to your account.

Once you join the BIOptimizers Member Loyalty Program, you will automatically earn BIObucks on every purchase you make on BIOptimizers.com.

Once your account has a BIObucks balance, you will be able to use some or all of your BIObucks to pay down any future purchase. Simply decide how many BIObucks you want to use during checkout.

No, the referral earnings ($15 BIObucks for Subscribe'N Save Purchases or $10 BIObucks for One-Time Purchases) only applies to new customers. New customers are defined as those who have not purchased from BIOptimizers.com before or since January 1, 2023.

If you refer an existing customer who is a US resident, they may still earn BIObucks on their purchase: 1.5% in BIObucks for Subscribe'N Save Purchases or 1% in BIObucks for One-time purchases, of the total purchase amount.

Once you log in, you'll find your unique referral code in your account under the "Referrals" section, along with instructions on how to share it.

No, there is no limit. You can refer as many people to BIOptimizers as you want. Each time someone places a purchase using your unique referral code, both you and they will receive BIObucks ($15 in BIObucks for Subscribe'N Save purchases or $10 in BIObucks for One-time purchases).

Assuming they meet the requirements to earn BIObucks, both you and your referral will receive BIObucks ($15 in BIObucks for Subscribe'N Save purchases or $10 in BIObucks for One-time purchases) on their very first purchase only.

There are several reasons why you may not have earned BIObucks through your referral link. Let's explore the possibilities:

- Purchases Made Through a Referral Link

If someone used your referral link to place an order, ensure that they are a new customer residing in the US. Both conditions must be met for BIObucks to be granted through the referral link.

- Validity of Your Referral Link

Your unique referral link is valid for only 30 days.

Although there is no need to re-share your referral link after the 30-day period, the user must click on it again to reactivate the link for earning BIObucks.

Please ensure all conditions are met and consider reactivating your link if the 30 days have expired.
