Yes, you can give P3-OM to children. We suggest a daily dosage of 1 capsule for every 20 kg (44 lbs) of body weight. 

Place 5 P3-OM capsules into a liter of coconut water. You will then need to leave the entire bottle on your kitchen counter for 4-12 hours depending on the room temperature.  The higher the temperature, the faster the doubling rate. For example inside your body which is 37 degrees Celcius or 98.6 degrees Farhenheit the P3-OM will double in volume in 20-minute intervals.  At room temperature you would likely see doubling at 1 hour intervals.  As this is sometimes difficult to gage we have found the perfect time to consume is when the the liquid is slightly sour but not rancid.  If you let it sit to long it will excude an extremely sour smell instead of a pleasant lightly fermented smell.
