Do you wake up in the middle of the night or an hour or two before your alarm goes off, and you’re unable to fall back asleep?
Does it take you hours to fall asleep at night? Do you lie there worrying about the fact that you’re going to feel tired and foggy tomorrow?
Wouldn’t it be nice if you could maximize your sleep quality and therefore increase your performance throughout the day?
If you answered YES to any of these
questions…

If you answered YES to any of these
questions…
then continue reading, because I’m about to share with you the ultimate combination for
perfecting your sleep.
It is no secret that sleep deprivation is a global phenomenon in today’s world.
Some people make the mistake of NOT making sleep a priority…
For others it’s extremely difficult to fall asleep or stay asleep…
And certain people simply have bad genetics for sleep or suffer from sleep problems.
Whatever the case may be, sleep deprivation has extreme consequences on your mental and physical well-being. It impacts you IMMEDIATELY.
And I know from personal experience,
80 hours for the gym and another 20 recording a hard rock album, studying marketing, and writing a book. When I was in my twenties, I was obsessed with productivity.
And in order to get all of that done everyday, I needed to cut down on sleep.
I went from 7 hours a night to 6 down to 5 hours then to 4 hours per night in just 3 months. And the only thing keeping me energized at that point was the fact that I was training twice a day and drinking 6-7 liters of water.
My thinking was
However…
If I became even micro dehydrated, I would crash instantly.
If I ate the wrong food, I would crash instantly.
I was pushing my body right to the edge…
So when I hit four hours, my body capsized and that was it.
But then, I read a book called “Power Sleep” by James Maas which taught me that I was destroying my health.
What I truly needed was more sleep.
It took me two months to recover. I was sleeping like 10 plus hours a night. I was just spent. My nervous system was wrecked. So after that I started trying to sleep a lot and I was sleeping just over nine hours a night.
What I didn't know until I started tracking it, was the quality of my sleep was absolute garbage. I found out many years later that I was practically getting zero minutes of deep sleep per night.
I would wake up and I would lose three pounds of water and I would feel dehydrated.
I’d feel foggy.
I'd never feel rested.
I'd sleep nine hours and
wake up feeling like crap.
I didn't understand that I was making a lot of mistakes. I just didn't know any better.
Then I got a ZEO (sleep data headband) and an Oura ring and my deep sleep was 0-15 minutes a night.
It correlated with how I felt (like hot garbage).
It correlated with my testosterone, which was in the gutter. It was in the low two hundreds.
It correlated with my body fat percentage, which had climbed up to a record high because again, my sleep was just trash.
So that was like the “ aha moment” for me. I realized that sleep was the one thing I could do to level up everything:
My body
My mood
My health
My cognitive performance
My ability to perform physically and mentally
You just are a better human being when you sleep well.
I have a $10,000 custom mattress
I sleep in a Faraday cage (actually looks like a cool mosquito net)
I've got PMs that send waves to my body
I got a $15,000 breathable biosignaling machine
I've got an ion oxygen machine
I've got double blackout curtains in my entire room
I've got air purifiers in the room
I've been doing sleep experiments with supplements pretty much nonstop for about five years.
And what happened is as I started sleep hacking and doing all these things, I've been able to cut down the amount of sleep that I need from nine hours to seven and a half. So that's 90 mins a night that I'm saving and I feel 10 times better than I used to. I wake up and I feel great.
I don't feel foggy
I don't lose, you know, four pounds
I don't wake up dehydrated.
It's been a huge game changer and it's allowed me to push my body, push my brain, build businesses, and do all kinds of things I just could not have done. That stuff's not possible when you sleep like crap.
I wasn't getting deep sleep with the nine hours. I never woke up feeling good. I'd feel foggy and lethargic. I became more sloth-like. Research has shown that if you oversleep, it's a very bad sign. Health-wise, it’s a bad biomarker and it correlates to a lower longevity. So it's really about sleep quality.
I'm a night owl. I can stay up all night really easily and be energized. And the struggle for me was just even wanting to go to bed.
I've never wanted to go to bed once I'm up. I like staying up.
For others it’s extremely difficult to fall asleep or stay asleep…
This sleep blend makes you want to go to bed. If you don't go to bed, you'll pass out on the couch.
And when my head hits the pillow, I pass out almost instantly.
But once you’re asleep, you have to actually stay asleep and…
I’m talking about deep sleep.
Deep sleep produces growth hormones through your body…
It's where the prolactin cycle happens… It’s when your fat-burning and muscle-building hormones are produced.
It's a critical factor for a lot of the rejuvenation that happens in your body…
If you're not getting deep sleep, you'll age faster and your performance will tank and you’ll probably live a shorter life.
Then we have REM sleep which is critical as well. So you need great deep sleep, and great REM in order to be your best self on a daily basis.
When I started to get quality deep sleep, the first thing I started to notice was I felt like Superman.
I’m able to attack the day from morning to evening and feel resourced the whole way through:
My brain is performing
I’ve got mental endurance
I'm a good mood
I can handle whatever the day throws at me
Whereas if I get a really crappy night’s sleep, a lot of those things go out the window:
I might be able to work half the time I could normally do
I'm going to be moodier
I'm not going to be able to handle stress
Etc.
And personally, I like the Superman version of myself a whole lot better.
Whether it’s lack of deep sleep, lack REM sleep, lack of sleep altogether…
Or if you’re like me and you struggle with actually wanting to go to sleep.
You’ve probably experienced an instance where you’ve got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, and it’s impossible for you to fall back asleep after.
Or maybe there are too many stressful events happening in your life that wake you up in a cold sweat that prevents you from falling back asleep.
It can ruin your entire day and…
If you’re not sleeping well at night, you're dealing with a toxic brain.
Drinking herbal tea
Using a white noise machine
Using a weighted blanket
Having multiple pillows
Installing black out curtains
Etc..
However, nothing is working for you.
Why? Because while melatonin may help you fall asleep…
It won’t help you stay asleep.
American neuroscientist, Andrew Huberman, is a tenured associate professor in the Department of Neurobiology at Stanford University School of Medicine. He has made contributions to the disciplines of neural regeneration and repair as well as brain development and plasticity. [4]
He has been very vocal about his dislike for melatonin supplements. He’s said that many people who take melatonin actually report that they wake up 3-5 hours later with the inability to fall back asleep.
Sleep disorder specialist Michael Breus, Ph.D warns: “Melatonin is a sleep regulator, NOT a sleep initiator.”[5]
Melatonin is also completely unregulated. Most comercial magnesium supplements that have been tested only contain about 15% of the amount listed on the bottle OR up to 400X the amount listed on the bottle.[6]
Many countries have even outlawed its use over-the-counter, “OTC melatonin has been banned for years in the United Kingdom (UK), European Union, Japan, Australia, and most recently Canada.”[7]
In fact, according to a report[8] released by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) recently, accidental poisonings with melatonin among children under the age of 19 increased by 530% from 2012-2021.
While 260,435 pediatric melatonin ingestions were reported to the National Poison Data System (NPDS), 27,795 children required medical treatment.
Overdosing on melatonin is SUPER DANGEROUS. Plain and simple.
Melatonin was actually one of the first products I tried to improve my sleep, but it wasn’t optimizing my sleep the way I needed it to:
I would sleep for about 4-5 hours and then my body’s temperature would spike and I’d wake up.
Melatonin is a hormone. So your body will downregulate its own production. This means you need to keep taking more and more and it works less and less.
And then most people get to a point where it doesn't work and then they have to cycle off and it can take weeks and months for their bodies to adapt. It can take months for someone’s body to recover from melatonin usage.
INSTEAD, THE BEST APPROACH IS: give your body the precursors to melatonin and the molecules that help your body produce melatonin naturally…
So the body doesn't downregulate…
You don’t become dependent on sleep supplements…
And you don’t experience that
However, I have some good news: If…
And you’re unable to find ANYTHING that will give you the results you’ve been dreaming about…
You don’t have to live like this…
Because the magical formula I am about to tell you about is unlike anything the world has ever seen before that creates…
You’ve probably heard about the frog in boiling water metaphor before…
Essentially, if you put a frog in a pot of water that is already boiling, it will jump out..
However, if you put the frog in a pot of room-temperature water and then slowly raise the temperature up to the boiling point, it won’t jump out.
Your performance slowly begins to decline more and more without you noticing until it has a damaging effect on your life and well-being.
We as humans want to perform exceptionally and produce the best outcomes in our professional and personal lives…
That’s what refreshing wakefulness creates. And it’s impossible to experience strong wakefulness without quality sleep.
Great sleep optimizes your body and brain. It gives you the foundation to have the best days ever both professionally and personally.
Introducing the first ever, fully optimized, multi-component Sleep System designed to maximize your deep sleep, your REM sleep, and increase your desire to go to sleep at night.
There's no more counting the tiles on the ceiling…
This Ultimate Sleep System includes our best-in-class sleep formulas:
With these formulas, you will be able to tackle all aspects of your life such as travel, tough workouts, long workdays, with instantaneous activation.
Simply mix 2 scoops of Sleep Breakthrough 2.0 Blue Berry Dreams with 1 cup of water and drink it about an hour before bedtime and:
Your sleep latency will drop. You’ll fall asleep faster and more easily.
Your desire to go to sleep will increase, your REM will increase, your heart rate will slow and your recovery will increase.
You’ll wake up feeling like a whole new person… You’ll be like “Yes, THIS is how I want to feel every single day.”
PLUS if there is any disturbance in the middle of the night (i.e. getting up to go to the bathroom), you will be able to fall right back to sleep.
Sleep Breakthrough Blue Berry 2.0 also allows you to wake up in the morning without that foggy brain feeling that you didn’t sleep enough.
And those two factors together are a big differentiating factor in success.
When you have great sleep, you make better decisions. You have the ability to laterally feel what's going on.
You have a lot more intuitiveness because you're not fighting all of this chemical buildup that's been happening overnight.
When you get good sleep, you feel like a rock star the next day and your performance is so much higher than it would be otherwise that you don't really need an outside stimulant.
Taurine
Taurine is a sulfur-containing amino acid that is found in nature. It's concentrated most heavily in your brain, eyes, heart, and muscles.
You’ve probably seen Taurine on the label of energy drinks. Why? Because it helps counter the overstimulation from caffeine.
Taurine is a known relaxant.[9] It increases glycine (more on this in a minute) and GABA in the body which calms down your brain.
Glycine
Glycine is an amino acid that helps lower your core body temperature by increasing blood flow to your body's extremities. Lowering your body temperature is a crucial step for high quality deep sleep.
A recent study on glycine revealed that it causes a drop in body temperature while also promoting faster sleep onset and longer REM sleep duration. According to other research, adding glycine to your diet may help you enter deep, slow wave sleep more efficiently.[10]
Three grams of glycine before bedtime improves sleep quality and reduces sleepiness and fatigue during the day in individuals with insomniac tendencies or restricted sleep time.[11][12] So basically you’re getting better sleep and zero grogginess the next day.
Calcium Citrate
Calcium citrate is a calcium salt that is easier to absorb than calcium carbonate but has less potency. Calcium is a vital mineral that helps the body's many systems function properly.[13]
Calcium has been shown to play a critical role in the REM stage of sleep. It helps transform the amino acid tryptophan into serotonin which is a building block for melatonin.
A study published in 2013[14] found that calcium helps those who struggle falling asleep and helps deliver a truly restful sleep.
An earlier study published in the European Neurology Journal found that calcium levels are elevated in some of the deeper sleep cycles, such REM sleep. The study concluded that low levels of calcium can lead to sleep disruptions, which can ruin a good night’s rest.
GABA
GABA, or gamma aminobutyric acid, is a naturally occurring amino acid that functions as a neurotransmitter in the brain.[16]
GABA is the “molecule of chill”. It’s a naturally occurring amino acid that functions as a calming neurotransmitter in the brain.
Low GABA activity in the body can make it hard to fall asleep. In one study, GABA levels in people with trouble falling asleep were almost 30 percent lower than in people without the sleep disorder. [17]
GABA reduces nervous system activity. According to research, it may be a viable alternative for reducing stress, exhaustion, and inability to fall asleep.[18]
Not all GABA is created equal. We tested every GABA on the market and the most powerful one is called PharmaGABA. The research data is impressive:
One study included people who had a high probability of sleep issues. Over the course of 3 weeks, they received 112 mg of PharmaGABA. Results showed that subjects who received PharmaGABA:
PharmaGABA creates a powerful "relaxation response," which helps you sleep better through the night. PharmaGABA is better absorbed than traditional GABA and when it binds to your GABA receptors, your nervous system calms down.
L-Theanine
L-theanine is an amino acid primarily found in green tea, black tea, and certain mushrooms. It’s been shown to promote relaxation, and improve sleep.[20]
L-theanine is one of my FAVORITE ingredients for better sleep. I’ve been using it for years and the body never adapts. It ALWAYS works. 200 mg is a great dose.
Researchers found that 200 mg of L-theanine increases alpha brain waves. This helps prepare you for a great night’s slumber. It helps CALM your brain down within 30 minutes. It quiets the monkey mind and pulls the hamsters off the running wheel.
Another benefit of L-Theanine is that it promotes relaxation without drowsiness.[21] This means you’ll wake in the morning feeling refreshed.
Zinc Orotate
Zinc is another well researched mineral for sleep.
Zinc, melatonin, and magnesium were evaluated in a research study by Rondanelli et al. in 2011 on individuals with sleep problems. While melatonin may have aided falling asleep, they believed that magnesium and zinc contributed to the restorative benefits of sleep.[22]
Zinc is important for the metabolism of melatonin (cofactor alert). It has a calming impact on the nervous system and is also known to aid in mental recuperation following stress.
Fixing a Zinc deficiency will also aid men optimize their testosterone. One study examined the effects of a zinc and magnesium supplement. It showed that men who consumed 30 mg of zinc daily had higher levels of free testosterone than those who didn't.[23] Another trial put a group of elderly men who had a slight zinc deficiency on zinc supplements for six months. As a result, their serum testosterone levels had increased significantly after 24 weeks.[24][25]
Magnesium Bisglycinate
A 2012 double-blind randomized clinical research involving 46 seniors who struggle with sleep discovered that supplementing with magnesium bisglycinate increased melatonin and renin levels, as well as sleep time and efficiency. Magnesium bisglycinate supplementation also showed significant reductions in sleep onset latency, serum cortisol concentrations (a marker of how stressed someone feels), and sleep symptom scores.[28]
P5P
P5P is an active form of vitamin B-6. P5P is a powerful coenzyme that helps convert more magnesium into serotonin which then helps us create more melatonin.
P5P also regulates the electrical functioning of your neurons, heart, and musculoskeletal system, which helps balance your salt levels. We will discuss the importance of those vital minerals for sleep in just a moment.[29]
5-HTP
5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) is an amino acid produced by the human body. It's used by your body to make serotonin, which can then be converted into melatonin.[30]
Melatonin plays a huge role in regulating sleep. Melatonin levels increase at night to promote sleep and decrease when the sun comes up to help wake you up.
Therefore, supplementing with 5-HTP can help promote sleep by boosting melatonin production in your body.
One study showed that combining 5-HTP and GABA significantly reduced the time it took to fall asleep, and increased sleep quality and duration.[31]
We also built a sublingual sleep spray (meaning it goes under your tongue) to avoid any reduction in potency…
When you take Dream Optimizer 2.0 under the tongue, it doesn't go through the liver and it absorbs into your bloodstream immediately without having to go through liver synthesis…
This makes a couple of sprays go a long way and you’ll feel its effects in as little as 15 minutes.
We were able to manipulate the body’s ability to naturally produce melatonin (the key component for inducing sleep) by including a very miniscule amount of melatonin in the spray simply to activate that production.
That’s what truly makes a small dose of this formula do all the heavy lifting necessary for you to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep when your body might naturally wake up during the night…
So that your quality of sleep is high…
The possibility of a “sleep hangover” is eliminated…
And you wake up at an appropriate time, ready for the day.
The cool thing about this spray is that you’ll never build a tolerance to it, it simply builds your sleep process so that you don’t need to take it everyday. And you can reduce the amount of sprays you might need over time.
You’re not overcharging your melatonin like other supplements might do, you’re actually building up your body’s natural melatonin.
Also, if you do happen to wake up in the middle of the night, you can have a couple sprays and fall right back asleep– it’s that easy.
Unlike a pill or drink, if you do wake up in the middle of the night, if it’s at least 2 hours before you need to wake up, you can take 4-6 sprays and fall right back to sleep.
Since each spray only contains 18 micrograms (0.018 milligrams) of melatonin, you’re not overloading your body with melatonin.
As an added bonus: Dream Optimizer 2.0 also has the ability to enhance your REM sleep and make your dreams more vivid and lucid.
Dream Optimizer 2.0 is perfect for…
People who struggle to fall asleep: Some people’s natural melatonin production is not good. This can happen with age, genetics or bad lifestyle habits. Dream Optimizer 2.0 can be a life changer for people in this camp.
An emergency parachute for when you can’t fall asleep: Maybe you drank too much coffee, maybe you watched UFC or an intense movie and your adrenaline is pumping and you can’t fall asleep.
When you know that you’re going to get less than 6 hours of sleep, it's an incredible life saver: You can wake up with 6 hours of sleep and feel GOOD.
Resetting your circadian rhythm if you’re traveling over 2 time zones: Jet lag SUCKS. You can eliminate jet lag by using Dream Optimizer.
An accurate, powerful way to systematically get off of melatonin: Use Dream Optimizer 2.0 to systematically lower your use of melatonin until you’re able to sleep without it.
People who LOVE vivid, lucid dreaming: Dream Optimizer boosts your REM sleep (which is really important for emotional health), and increases lucid, vivid dreaming.
Distilled Water
Distilled water is a type of purified water that is virtually free of toxins, such as pesticides and germs, which may be especially beneficial to people who have compromised immune systems.
Fluoride and natural minerals present in drinking water are removed during the distillation process.[32] Using the wrong type of water can cause mineral buildup or bacterial growth.[33]
Glycerin
Glycerin is a natural healthy sweetener that can help you stay hydrated (and possibly minimize late night trips to the bathroom).
Low-Dose Melatonin
Melatonin is a hormone generated by your brain's pineal gland. It's in charge of managing your natural sleep cycle by controlling your body's circadian rhythm. Melatonin has been shown to increase total sleep time, decrease the time it takes to fall asleep, and improve sleep quality in both children and adults.[34] What’s revolutionary about Dream Optimizer 2.0 is, it’s the first and only product that allows you to find THE PERFECT DOSE for your body.
Lemon Essential Oil
Lemon essential oil is a natural element that can potentially be used as a soothing and relaxing home remedy. It’s extracted from the peel of fresh lemons through steam, or through a “cold-pressing” process that pricks and rotates the peel as oil is released.[35] Lemon oil has been shown to have relaxation and mood elevating qualities.[36] Citrus can also help some people fall asleep easier and help others relax.[37]
Ascorbic Acid
In this formula, low dose of vitamin C is included as a cofactor to help convert the amino acid tryptophan into 5-HTP, and then serotonin and melatonin.[38]
Vitamin C is also necessary for the healing process in your body.[39] Studies have shown that people with higher concentrations of vitamin C in their body experience better sleep than people with lower concentrations. Vitamin C increases length of sleep, relieves restlessness, and improves circulation by enhancing blood vessel function.[40]
5-HTP
5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) is an amino acid produced by the human body. It's a “precursor” of serotonin, which means it’s a building block used by your body to make serotonin. Serotonin is a building block of melatonin. 5-HTP has been shown to promote sleep by increasing your body’s natural melatonin production.[41]
P5P
P5P is an active form of vitamin B-6. P5P is a powerful coenzyme that helps convert more magnesium into serotonin which then helps us create more melatonin.
P5P also regulates the electrical functioning of your neurons, heart, and musculoskeletal system, which helps balance your salt levels.[42]
Citric Acid
Citrus fruits, particularly lemons and limes, contain naturally occurring citric acid. It's what gives them their sour and tangy flavor. Citric acid aids in the production of energy and mineral absorption.[43] Citrus also helps some people fall asleep faster and helps others relax.[44]
California Poppy Seed Extract
California poppies are lovely flowers that can be seen growing wildly throughout North America. Alkaloids are among the plant components found in California poppies. These compounds act on GABA receptors, which are distributed throughout your central nervous system. It also promotes calming and a balanced stress response, and may help you sleep.[45][45]
Prolong Liquid 2.0
Prolong Liquid 2.0 is a liquid plant preservative extract that provides anti-microbial properties in liquid form with minimal flavor impact and no pH dependence.
This product can be used to extend shelf life in beverages of all kinds, baked goods, cheeses, meats, salad dressings, condiments, dips, spreads, meats and more. By preventing the growth of unwanted bacteria, yeasts and molds in the spray, Prolong Liquid 2.0 can replace chemical preservatives like sorbates and benzoates for a clean label and allergen free alternative.

Chlorella
Chlorella is rich in chlorophyll that contains high amounts of calcium, B vitamins, tryptophan, magnesium, and omega 3 fatty acids, all essential nutrients for quality sleep.[46][47] A recent study by Oxford University showed that people who supplemented omega-3 daily had almost one hour more sleep and woke up seven less times per night compared with the participants taking the placebo.[48]
Furthermore, the tryptophan found in chlorella is a sleep-enhancing amino acid that will decrease the time taken to fall asleep in those with a long sleep latency.[49]
N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine
N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) can replenish glutathione and regulate glutamate levels in the brain which can boost brain health. Glutamate is involved in various behavior, learning, and memory functions, while glutathione can help reduce oxidative damage in the brain that’s associated with aging.[50] Since NAC helps regulate glutamate levels and replenish glutathione, it also supports healthy cognitive function and the brain’s own natural antioxidant system.[51]
Triacetyluridine
Triacetyluridine is a bioavailable and simple way to supplement uridine. Triacetyluridine has been shown to promote a positive mood and greater sense of well-being.[52]
Milk Thistle Extract
Milk thistle extract is an herbal supplement formed from the milk thistle plant. Milk thistle extract protects your liver, may help counteract cognitive decline that comes with age, may protect your bones, and can promote healthy blood sugar levels.[53] Silymarin, the active component of milk thistle, functions as an antioxidant by lowering the production of free radicals. It also stimulates healthy liver functions and liver cell regeneration.[54] According to scientists, this has a detoxifying effect.[55]
Sodium Alginate
Sodium alginate is primarily found in algae, but can also be found in soil. It has proven to be one of the most effective methods for delivering proteins that may support healthy regeneration of numerous cells, tissues, and organs throughout the body.[56]
Agmatine Sulfate
Agmatine is a naturally occurring chemical that plays a key role in a variety of bodily functions. Most importantly, agmatine plays an important part in the brain's ability to cope with stress.[57]
Vitamin D3 + Vitamin K2 in Sunflower Seed Oil (Softgel)
Animals naturally have vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), which is created by the skin when it is exposed to sunshine. Vitamin D3 strengthens bones and muscles, supports healthy immune function , improves mood, and promotes a balanced inflammatory response.[58]
The body uses vitamin K2 to prevent blood vessel calcification and utilize calcium for bone building. It supports healthy skin and bone metabolism, and fosters appropriate brain function.[59]
We have also added Magnesium Breakthrough to our Ultimate Sleep System.
Magnesium Breakthrough is the ultimate full-spectrum magnesium supplement…
It contains all seven forms of magnesium designed to help you:
Fall asleep
Stay asleep, and
Wake up feeling refreshed
One of the biggest misconceptions about magnesium is that you just “need more” of it and you’ll be healthy and optimized.
But the TRUTH is, there are many different types of magnesium — and each plays a critical role in different functions in your body.
Most magnesium supplements on the market only contain 1-2 forms of magnesium at best (much of the population is deficient in all forms)...
However, when you get all 7 major forms of magnesium, that’s when the magic happens.
Magnesium Chelate
This form of magnesium is especially important for muscle building, recovery, and health.[60]
Magnesium Citrate
Helps with the effects of obesity. In fact, one study found that this form improved blood vessel health in healthy overweight individuals. [61]
Magnesium Bisglycinate
Is the best form of magnesium for muscle and overall relaxation responses.
Magnesium Malate
Some believe this to be the most bioavailable form of magnesium. It’s found naturally in fruits, giving them a “tart taste.”
Magnesium Sucrosomial
This form of magnesium helps you to effectively produce energy. It also supports the immune system and is critical for bone health and skeletal development.[62]
Magnesium Orotate
While also helpful for the heart, magnesium orotate is believed to be the best form for metabolic improvements.
This makes it a favorite for athletes seeking enhanced recovery, energy and performance.[63]
Getting ALL of these forms of magnesium in the optimum dose skyrockets not only your sleep quantity, but also your sleep quality.

Love this magnesium. Best I've found in all my years of functional medicine. Better sleep, elimination, general calmness.
I bought this product as I had been experiencing ever increasing leg cramps at night. I am a 72 year old male. I am active... and for about two months I was getting infrequent leg cramps at night, especially after the night after activities like long walks (1 -2 miles), cutting the lawn, etc. Despite taking an OTC 500mg Magnesium, supplement, and drinking plenty of water, the cramps increased to every night. I was about to make an appointment with my doctor, but I wanted to give this Magnesium Breakthrough Supplement a try. After taking the recommended dosage, I had a mild leg cramp the first night, but for the next three weeks I have had absolutely no cramps despite increasing my daily activity level. I have never commented on a supplement before because it is very hard to determine and experience the effectiveness of any supplement. I felt compelled to write a comment about this product as it definitely worked for me!!! At my next visit to my doctor, I will certainly tell him about my experience. I just ordered two more bottles! I am not in any way associated with the manufacturer, however I am a retired executive of the pharmaceutical industry and am extremely pleased with the efficacy of this Magnesium Breakthrough Supplement.
Two of these and a vitamin d so it can absorb, and I sleep like a baby, no hip and back pain is gone while sleeping and I wake up and feel great. I highly recommend you try them, don't forget the vitamin d tho, I felt a huge difference when I added that with them.
I’ve had restless leg syndrome. My sleep was horrible. I bought this supplement to try. To my surprise it works amazing. No more restless legs. Amen.
I was waking up about once an hour recently and now I'm sleeping 3-4 hours straight. This is huge for me. :)
