What is the difference between Masszymes and Gluten Guardian? Do I need both? and how many should I take per meal?

Gluten Guardian contains 5 other proteolytic (protein digesting enzymes) and 3 enzymes that help digest starches and sugars along with DPP-IV, which specifically targets the breakdown of gluten, which MassZymes does not have.

MassZymes (digestive enzymes) contain a wider spectrum of enzymes, including fat-digesting enzymes, which Gluten Guardian does not.

Both our MassZymes and Gluten Guardian contains AstraZyme™ which is a patented formula that helps increase absorption by 30-40%. To decide which product to take you need to ask yourself the following question: “Does this meal I’m about to eat have much GLUTEN in it?” If yes… take Gluten Guardian along with your MassZymes. If no, then you should probably just stick to MassZymes.

If the meal has both fat & gluten in it, then you would take Masszymes and Gluten Guardian.

We suggest to take 3 capsules w/glass of water before each meal per day. Please also check the short videos in how to use our products:
