One Million Customer Sweepstakes — Official Rules

1. SPONSOR
This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by BIOptimizers USA Inc., 5470 Kietzke Ln., Ste 300, Reno, NV 89511-2099, United States. Email: [email protected].
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York and Florida, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and household members) are not eligible. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited and void in New York and Florida.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins September 15, 2025 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends October 31, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received by October 31, 2025.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Entry Methods (total combined limit applies; see “Limits” below):
A. Purchase Entry
- Make a one-time purchase of a BIOptimizers product = 1 entry per $1 spent.
- Start a BIOptimizers subscription = 2 entries per $1 spent (for the initial subscription charge only unless otherwise stated in promotional materials).
No Purchase Necessary (Mail-In AMOE) To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3” x 5” postcard and mail it in a stamped envelope to: BIOptimizers “One Million Customer” Sweepstakes – AMOE 5470 Kietzke Ln., Ste 300, Reno, NV 89511-2099
- AMOE parity: Each valid mail-in request will be treated with equal dignity to purchase entries. A standard AMOE request equals one (1) entry (i.e., equivalent to $1 purchase). To reflect the subscription multiplier, a mail-in entrant may clearly write “SUBSCRIPTION ENTRY” on the postcard; such a request will be credited as two (2) entries. (Only one designation per postcard; no other multipliers apply unless expressly offered to all entrants, including AMOE, and disclosed in the full rules or promotional materials.)
- Postmark/receipt: Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2025 and received by November 7, 2025.
- No photocopies, facsimiles, or mechanical reproductions. Each postcard must be mailed separately and bear sufficient postage. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, or postage-due entries or mail. Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Limits (apply to all methods combined): Maximum 2,000 entries per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, AI, or other automated means are void. Multiple accounts/identities to circumvent the limit are prohibited.
5. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received, regardless of method of entry.
6. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)
One (1) Grand Prize: Six (6)-day, all-inclusive Wellness Retreat for two (2) (ARV $27,000). Thirty (30) Secondary Prizes: Wellness product prize packages with a total ARV of $100,000 across all secondary prizes (approx. $3,333 ARV each; exact contents/ARVs determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Total ARV of all prizes: $127,000.
No cash alternative and no prize substitution or transfer permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or a component thereof) with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will not replace any lost, damaged, or stolen prize items once delivered.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 4th, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at entry and may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within seven (7) business days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or return required documents on time, is ineligible, or declines a prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected, time permitting.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these Official Rules.

Information collected is subject to BIOptimizers’ Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or damaged entries, or for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
11. WINNER LIST
For the names of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: BIOptimizers – Winner List Request, 5470 Kietzke Ln., Ste 300, Reno, NV 89511-2099. Requests must be received by December 15, 2025.
