Connor Evans

Connor grew up in a super active household playing all kinds of sports, and engaging in outdoor adventures in his (very limited) free time. He dedicated his life to sports, particularly soccer, and worked to better himself every minute of every day. Eventually he reached his goal, playing collegiate soccer. He played soccer during all 4 years of his undergrad, received his degree in Biology, minored in Outdoor Leadership, and became a certified Wilderness First Responder. Although he was on the path to medical school, he realized after graduating that modern medicine is quite restrictive, and tends to focus on treating the issue, instead of preventing it. That is when his focus shifted and he founded Longevity and Fitness. Now he dedicates his life to learning how to prevent disease and injury, improve cognition, sleep, and overall well being, with the ultimate goal of boosting longevity. Who doesn’t want to live happier, healthier, and longer?! In his time off, Connor finds himself backpacking, mountaineering, backcountry skiing, fishing, and rock climbing, as the outdoors have always provided him with inspiration, rejuvenation, and peace.
